There's projects here that are just like every project in every other city. I lived in 'em for a year but they are pretty chill. I mean, you definitely hear gunshots like right outside but being out in daylight wasn't too bad. I saw a young kid, probably 10 or 11 years old, run by me holding an Uzi once, which was a bit off putting. There was a period where I would get drunk and angrily walk about hoping someone would kick my ass or shoot me, but no one said anything. There's also Samoan projects, where everyone is 6'5'' 300lbs, even the women
